Tradelands Realty Accepts Several Methods of Payments:
~Drop Box
~Cashiers Check/Money Order
~Payment through Online Portal (Checking Account)- Additional $3 fee
~Payment through Online Portal (Credit Card) – Additional $26 fee.
~*NEW*Cash Voucher (See Information below)

We do not accept cash payments unless it is through the Cash Voucher option.
1st of the month — Rent is due.
6th of the month — $50.00 late fee – Additional $5 Late Fee added each day thereafter.

RentMoney is the new payment platform offering more payment options for your convenience. With RentMoney, you can now take your cash payments and convert them into a secure ACH electronic transaction, fully integrated with Tradelands Realty information- all you’ll need to do is to generate your tenant voucher.
